Specialty Areas

I work with those who seek to explore emotional healing through a holistic lens, connecting mind, body, and spirit. My clients are often creatives, healers, queer folx, highly sensitive people (HSPs), Buddhists, or other spiritually inclined folks. They may also be deep thinkers and feelers, with a philosophical curiosity about life’s big questions.

I help clients navigate a range of struggles, including:
- anxiety
- depression
- grief
- trauma
- relationship challenges and relationship discernment
- spiritual and existential challenges
- gender identity and sexuality

If you’re feeling called to uncover the deeper patterns shaping your experience and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself and the world around you, I’d be honored to support you.

Depression and Anxiety

Depression and anxiety can feel like being trapped—stuck in cycles of overthinking, overwhelm, or emotional numbness. But healing isn’t about forcing yourself to “think” your way out. It’s about reconnecting with your body, regulating your nervous system, and gently uncovering the deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

Together, we’ll weave body-oriented therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and expressive arts into a holistic path toward healing—exploring how your nervous system responds to stress, building skills to restore balance, and engaging the body in ways that foster a deeper sense of aliveness and possibility.

You don’t have to do this alone. With warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for your process, we can move through the weight of depression and anxiety—toward a place of greater clarity, connection, and ease.

Grief and Loss

Grief and loss are universal experiences that touch us all, yet they can feel deeply isolating. In therapy, you will be supported in navigating the complex emotions and changes that come with loss, through a lens that honors the gifts and beauty of what was and continues to be. Whether you are experiencing loss of a relationship, loved one, life phase, or are experiencing existential grief related to the state of the world, therapy can help. From a Buddhist perspective, we recognize that everything is in flux—grief is not something to “get over” but something to move through, with the potential for transformation and growth. Together, we will explore how to gently tend to the pain of grief while also embracing the possibilities in store, helping you find meaning in the face of change.

Spiritually Based Counseling

Spirituality can be a profound source of guidance and strength, whether you follow a particular religious tradition or are exploring a path of your own. In spiritually based counseling from a Buddhist lens, I offer support in navigating life on life’s terms with wisdom, compassion, and understanding. Buddhism is not meant to replace your root religion (if you don’t practice Buddhism) but can complement it by offering tools to see reality more clearly, recognize our interdependence, and find meaning and direction in your healing journey. We can also collaborate to identify practices that will feel meaningful and aligned with you, whether from the lineages I am familiar with, or from your own tradition(s), to integrate into your path of transformation.

Navigating Love and Relationships: Monogamous and Non-Monogamous

Relationships—whether monogamous, polyamorous, or otherwise ethically non-monogamous—offer a powerful pathway to deeper self-awareness. They illuminate our needs, boundaries, attachment patterns, and the edges we are still learning to navigate. Whether you're seeking more fulfilling connections, struggling with relationship challenges, or discerning whether to stay or go, therapy can help bring clarity and empowerment.

Together, we’ll explore how family of origin dynamics, learned responses, and feelings of safety influence the way you relate. I’ll support you in confidently owning your role in relationship dynamics while offering tools to cultivate connections grounded in mutual respect and authentic understanding.

With over a decade of lived experience navigating polyamorous relationships and professional experience supporting diverse relationship structures since 2017, I offer an affirming, sex-positive, and kink/BDSM-friendly space. Here, you have space to explore what healthy, authentic relationships look like for you—without judgment, just curiosity and support.

LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I bring my own lived experience to my work with queer and transgender folx. Since 2017, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people in exploring their gender and sexuality, whether that means questioning identities, navigating coming out, or deepening self-acceptance. I also help clients process the unique challenges that arise within family dynamics, relationships, and society.

At the same time, I recognize that being queer or trans is just one part of who you are—you might be seeking therapy for reasons entirely unrelated to your identity and simply want a space where you can be understood without needing to explain or defend yourself. Here, you have the freedom to engage with your identity as much or as little as feels right for you.

I have extensive experience assisting trans and nonbinary folx with social and medical transitions and am happy to provide letters for gender-affirming surgeries in accordance with the WPATH Standards of Care. Whether you're exploring gender for the first time or seeking support in an ongoing journey, I offer a space free of judgment where you can explore, process, and grow.

As a neurodivergent person myself, I am also deeply committed to creating an inclusive, supportive space for neurodivergent folx, where your unique neurocognitive needs are understood and respected. Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to offer a safe, affirming environment where you feel seen, supported, and empowered.
